Store Policies

• Everything is made by hand. Please expect some irregularities. I don’t really ever make anything square or specifically to a standard size. Colors may vary slightly from what is pictured.

• Shipping - Orders are either shipped USPS or Fedex. A tracking number will be provided once package has shipped. Due to the large size of a boxed quilt, I ship ground. A signature will be required due to the high value of the package. Expedited shipping is available if needed, please contact me to coordinate.

• International customers - please email me, I would love to work with you! We can work together to figure out the specific needs of tax and shipping for your location.

• Returns / Damages - Due to the handmade nature of the product and the small size of my operation (its just me!) returns are not accepted. If there is something physically wrong with your purchase upon arrival, contact me with photos to figure out if I need to mend the piece, replace it, or refund you. All damages must be reported within 7 days of arrival.

CARE

I like to say that the things I make are special but not precious, so please use them! All of my work is well made, but it is still made by hand so proper care is important.

All of the fabric I use is prewashed. Once the quilts are completed I wash them again to unify the fabric and give them their cozy texture.

Please dont wash them regularly as repeated washings can be rough on them. I wash mine once a year-ish, or whenever I spill while eating ice cream or drinking wine in bed. Wash on gentle with a mild soap. Line dry then toss in the dryer for 20 min to fluff and soften.
